The MaximusLabs Client Dashboard is the private portal clients of MaximusLabs AI use to monitor organic search performance, review SEO and GEO deliverables, track tasks and keywords, and stay aligned with their Maximus Labs account team. Access is by invitation only.
What the dashboard does
Google Search Console & Analytics performance
Connect your Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts via read-only OAuth. The dashboard visualizes impressions, clicks, rankings, sessions, conversions, and AI-search traffic for the properties you authorize, no write, publish, or modify permissions are requested.
Tasks, keywords, and insights
Track the SEO and GEO work your Maximus Labs team is running for you. Review keyword shortlists, move tasks through a kanban board, read strategic insights, and see what is shipping week by week.
Content delivery tracking
Articles, landing pages, and briefs produced by your account team land as drafts in your CMS (never auto-published). The dashboard tracks publication status so you always know what is live, what is pending review, and what is next.
Context uploads & weekly summaries
Drop founder interviews, positioning docs, ICP notes, sales calls, and brand guidelines into the Context tab so your Maximus Labs team has full business context. Weekly performance summaries are emailed automatically to the recipients you choose.
Google API Services, Limited Use
MaximusLabs AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models, and human access is restricted to the cases described in our Privacy Policy.
Who this is for
The MaximusLabs Client Dashboard is intended for business users aged 18 or older who are active clients of MaximusLabs AI, or teammates invited to a client’s account. Access is granted by Maximus Labs or by a client administrator. If you are not already a client and want to work with Maximus Labs, get in touch.
